Check out this tire-smoking video (Got Rubber?) of Travis Pastrana putting his new Dodge Dart Global RallyCross entry through its paces at an undisclosed location. The test was his first opportunity to learn what the 600hp, all-wheel drive Dart racer can do in preparation for the Global RallyCross series, which opened May 26 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dart has an 184-bhp 4-cylinder under its hood, the rally version has all the specs you'd expect from a true racing machine 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that pumps out 600 bhp, 550 lb.-ft of torque that melts the tires. It flies 70 feet in the air off jumps and still keeps competing. Now this would make the morning commute fun, this little shit is hard on the road!
